NEWS & EVENTS
Predicted by Toro to bring a unique balance of productivity, durability and value to groundscare professionals, Reesink is bringing the latest additions to Toro’s next-generation Groundsmaster 3000 series to the UK for 2020.
The Groundsmaster 3200 and 3300 out-front rotary mowers have all the benefits Toro’s out-front rotaries are known for, including superior access and trimming, optimal sight lines, easy-to-use controls and all-season versatility, and, as you’d expect, significant performance enhancements too.
There’s no question that durability tops the list of advantages for these two mowers, with improvements aimed at longevity and reduced downtime.
There are two engine models – a 24.7hp for the 3200 and a 37.4hp for the 3300, both Stage V emissions compliant, with options of 152cm (60ins) or 183cm (72ins) rear and side, or rear-only discharge rotary decks, with or without mulching kits, or a 152cm flail deck.
Toro has focused particular attention on the deck design with 4.5mm high strength steel decks, rugged spindles, a bullnose bumper and reinforced sideskids, these machines are built to tackle any terrain and deliver a superior and consistent cut while dispersing clippings evenly.
Customers can choose from three deck options. There are two rotary options: the standard deck has rear and side discharge and replaceable deck bumpers while the Turbo Force deck has rear discharge and welded deck bumpers. Mulching kits are available for both.
Meanwhile, the option of the fine cut flail provides even more productivity and versatility for customers and further value to their investment making light work of both shorter precision cutting as well as tackling longer, wetter, coarser grass.
The tip-up cutting deck makes servicing even easier with access to the underside of the deck in under 15 seconds, while its 19.8cm ground clearance means curb climbing is easy and doesn’t break up work.
These are all-weather, every season machines. Toro’s CrossTrax all-wheel drive system provides automatic traction control, shifting power to the wheels in slippery conditions. Intuitive controls are at the operator’s fingertips making it easy to react to changing weather conditions and an all-season cab with the option to be heated in the winter months ensures work doesn’t stop when the weather gets cold. There’s an extensive range of attachments, including front-mounted blowers, debris receptable mounts, hand tool mounts, universal sunshades and snow ploughs, all of which guarantee multi-seasonal productivity.
And if that wasn’t enough, both models benefit from a transport speed of 22km/h to move between sites efficiently and a large 45.4 litre fuel capacity to maximize mowing time between refueling.
Jeff Anguige, national sales manager at Reesink, says: “The out-front rotary has become part of the fleet for most councils, contractors and golf courses as an essential frontline machine and rightly so. The new Toro Groundsmaster 3000 series is an exciting addition, taking the design of an out-front rotary mower to the next level.”
Also at this year’s show, chosen specifically to demonstrate the range of productive, durable, innovative, versatile and efficient machines available in the UK for the amenity and landscape contracting sectors from Toro, is the LT-F3000 triple flail mower, the direct collect ProLine H800 rotary, the Groundsmaster 7210 zero-turn rotary and the Pro Stripe 560 pedestrian mower with 22-inch roller.
Jeff Anguige concludes: “We’re always striving to bring our customers more, and this year we have a bumper line-up of machines and technology to make the life of a groundsman easier.”
